At KÜVUTIA, we take great care in inspecting all items before shipping to ensure they meet our quality standards. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase or receive an incorrect or defective item, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

You may initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your items, provided they remain unwashed and in good condition. Customers are free to open their package to inspect their item, but if returning, the item must not show any signs of wear, stains, odors, or alterations. Refund & Exchange Policy

Exchanges: If you ordered the wrong size, we’re happy to offer an exchange for a different size, subject to availability. Please check our size guide carefully before purchasing, as our products (such as our wide-leg tracksuits) may have an oversized fit.

Refunds: Refunds are only issued for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent. Refunds will not be provided for sizing misunderstandings if the fit was clearly stated on our website and social media. If your requested exchange size is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead of a refund.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or unverified returns.

Defective or Damaged Items: Defective or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. Please email info@kuvutia0.com to submit your claim.

Customers may inspect their items upon arrival, but all returns must be in good condition. Items showing signs of wear, such as stretching, wrinkles, or fragrance, will not be accepted.

If a replacement for a defective or damaged item is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead of a refund.
